The following applies only to themes sold directly on bluthemes.com, other themes that are available on other marketplaces have their own licenses and, if not purchased on bluthemes.com, are not necessarily subject to the following statements.
Product DeliveryAs soon as payment has been confirmed for a product you will receive instant access to download the file. All purchased files can be downloaded from within the downloads page at this URL: http://www.bluthemes.com/downloads.
You will receive an email which includes your receipt for your purchase. In case you have not received an email from Bluthemes within 24 hours, please contact us by sending an email to support@bluthemes.com. The email address you give should be valid as we will use it to contact you. We therefore recommend to use your main email address.
License & Usage
All of the products sold on bluthemes.com are distributed using either the Bluthemes Use License or the GNU General Public License (GPL). For details on the different product licenses and granted usage please visit our license page.
Support
We provide technical support for Bluthemes products only with our support system, documentation and tutorials. We will not provide any support via email or Twitter. If you have any billing questions please send an email to support@bluthemes.com. During our general support hours Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT), we will make every effort to respond to your queries within 12 – 24 hours if not sooner.
We know there is a difference between what is considered technical support and customizations. We are committed to help you with any type of support query, however we can't provide extensive help in terms of customizations. In general customizations may look simple but you will require solid knowledge of web technologies and programming skills to do them or hire a professional who can do it for you.

Theme & Plugin Compatibility
Our themes and plugins are developed to work on a self-hosted WordPress site, which can be downloaded from WordPress.org.
Refund Policy
Since Bluthemes is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we provide full refunds not later than 24 hours after your purchase, but only in that case, when your theme has not been downloaded yet.
Ownership
You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Bluthemes. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Warranty
Bluthemes does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Bluthemes products will work with all browser combinations.
Price Changes
Bluthemes reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, prices with or without notice.
Updates
All themes are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of WP. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.
